I could try to explain to you some quirky nuances that have bound them so close that no one else will understand their world. But the beautiful thing is– I don’t have to. The joy, nerves, anticipation, reflection, and raw emotion are palpable in the bridal portraits themselves. These important photos are so much more than showing off the dress, or shoes, or accessories that have been so carefully selected for the day. A bridal portrait should showcase the bride. In all her vulnerability, the moment before she meets her love for the first time as a family. I fall for these photos every time.
